2011 – Hiscox approached Cooper Gardner, to work on their expansion project having already worked with them on their initial sustainable office renovations, previously.

The challenge was to deliver a seamless transformation between the existing and new spaces, while daily today business was uninterrupted. Careful planning and phasing, with the help and understanding of the staff, and creative thinking resulted in the vibrant, award winning, modern work space.
